Prophet North America Spotlight: Caroline Price

Senior Implementation Consultant at Prophet North America, Caroline Price, shares some of her highlights at Prophet North America and tells us a little more about herself.

You have been with Prophet for a number of years. What has been some of your highlights at the company thus far?   

I’ve been with Prophet since 1991… 29 years in November 2020!

Some highlights that come to mind is that I’ve covered numerous roles within the company, expanded my knowledge throughout the different roles on the diversity of the produce industry across the world, working with great colleagues and that I have formed great relationships with our clients.

You have worked in the UK and US offices and travelled to the South African office for projects; what do you feel is special about each of them?

Each office has some fairly big and some subtle differences in culture; which brings something special to that office. I have formed long-lasting friendships with different people from each office and I have been able to explore the country whilst doing so.

What does your job entail on a day-to-day basis? 

In a nutshell; project management, planning and implementation, guidance and support for our customer’s workflows and processes as well as provide guidance and support and for our implementation team.

What is on your wish list for the next five years at Prophet North America?   

To grow and manage the implementation team, as we expand our userbase across North America and South America!
