Prophet SA welcomes Annejan Visser and Charl du Toit

Prophet SA welcomes Annejan Visser and Charl du Toit to the Software Development Team.

Annejan grew up in Wellington, South Africa where he completed his matric at Huguenot High School. He furthered his studies at Stellenbosch University where he completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) in 2011.  He started out designing and costing food processing plants after which he pursued an opportunity in water treatment. He was involved in design, commissioning and management of water treatment facilities, pilot trials and project management. Annejan joined Quality Filtration Systems in 2018 as Site Construction Manager and later Process Engineer in Business Development before joining Prophet as a Software Developer in 2021.   

Charl was born in Tsumeb, Namibia and grew up in Kleinzee, Northern Cape where he matriculated at Namaqualand High School, Springbok. After matriculating he studied Electrical Engineering at the College of Cape Town, before furthering his studies at Stellenbosch University and Unisa. He started his career as an Electrical Designer at Caudwell Marine followed by a position as a Product Software Developer at Mix Telematics International. Most recently he was a software developer for Specialized Electronic Manufacturing in Somerset West before joining Prophet as a Software Developer in 2021.
