Prophet SA launches web-access for QX

In response to a growing need for cloud and web-based software, Prophet SA continues its gradual release of technologies that drive the evolution of its products towards a modern software ecosystem, of which the most recent being the launch of its QX web-access version. 

The technology underpinning the web-access version of QX offers a range of benefits to customers and follows the release of Prophet SA’s cloud server solution.  Web-access technology allows on-the-go users to access their Prophet software from anywhere, without the need to launch it from a desktop. Also, the web-access version integrates seamlessly with clients’ existing infrastructure while offering users a more intuitive use of Prophet’s software. 

Says Charl van Loggerenberg, Prophet SA Director, “The launch of the web-access version for QX is an incremental step towards modernising our software offering.  We believe this step will help our users navigate their Prophet software more intuitively alongside their other web-based software.”

Here’s a quick summary of how clients are accommodated in their journey to web-based access:

  1. You are a Prophet client with existing on-premise servers with a sufficient life span: our web-access technology is deployed on your on-premise servers with very little disruption.

  2. You are a Prophet client with a deprecated server environment and need to make an investment in new server infrastructure: Atom DTS offers you a complete cloud solution, with no CAPEX, with web-access to your Prophet software.

  3. You are an existing Atom DTS cloud client: Our web-access technology is deployed on your Atom DTS cloud solutions

  4. You are a new Prophet client or considering migrating to Prophet: Atom DTS offers you a complete cloud solution, with no CAPEX expenditure and web-access to your Prophet software.
