Prophet SA has partnered with The Untapped on its journey towards further improving customer service by ensuring that their processes and products remain customer centric.
The Untapped, a marketing consultancy specialising in aiding businesses to truly understand the landscape within which they operate and ultimately transform their brand or customer experience, has been working closely with Prophet SA to identify areas where customer service can be improved and to strengthen client relationships.
